XAP Technology – Hybrid systems and power electronics for rally raid

While Dakar 2026 is currently underway, XAP Technology is already engaged in preparing the next generation of technical architectures.
Alongside Les Tigres du Désert, we are supporting the evolution of a rally-raid vehicle with a clear objective: competing in Dakar 2027 in the Buggy T3-U category.

This project builds on a first micro-hybrid system already validated in demanding conditions and now focuses on the development of a more advanced architecture, based on XAP’s expertise in embedded electronics and power electronics.

🔧 Integrated XAP electronic systems:
– NT7 Dash: hybrid control logic between combustion and electric power
– NTX Dash: monitoring of fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions
– Two 60V electric motors
– Two LVC30 inverters – 60 V
Target system output: 220 hp combustion + 50 kW electric (≈ 66 hp)

Beyond the sporting objective, this program serves as a full-scale real-world validation platform, allowing XAP to test, validate and mature its solutions in extreme environments, for both motorsport and industrial applications.
