XAP component service is carried out exclusively by qualified XAP personnel here in-house. This guarantees the highest level of service quality and maximises the service life of your XAP Line products.

To ensure the service is implemented smoothly and quickly it is necessary to complete the Service Request Form and enclose it with your shipment.
You can send it, in addition, beforehand by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will send you confirmation.
After receiving the components to be serviced, an initial diagnosis is carried out.
A corresponding offer based on these results and listing the services required is returned to you with estimate quote.
After receipt of a purchase order and payment of the services, the maintenance work required is carried out by our well trained and experienced engineers and technicians.
To conclude the service, the component is subject to an extensive function test.
The processing time for XAP services is approx. 8 – 10 working days from date of purchase order / payment.
For the security of your units we will, from now on, only ship them in their original XAP packaging!
Therefore please make sure that you ship a unit for service in its original packaging, otherwise we have to charge additional packaging.
