With a high economic growth since few years, we are looking for a commercial assistant with a good English level to communicate easily with our interlocutors and develop the activity. Indeed, international exportations represent 40% of the company activity.

Job Description:
With a direct relation with the manager, your main missions will be:
• In charge of the customer’s reception.
• Quote’s sending and completion check.
• Inform the customer: order delivery, delay…
• Shipment (TNT, UPS, DHL)
• Commercial assistance (PPT, product information)
• Phoning: appointments with potential customers, mailing preparation
• Phoning : Customer call reception
• Greeting card
Required Profile :
Dynamic, autonomous, and endowed with good relationship skills, you have an experience of 3 years in the commercial activity and a strong commercial temper. Having an appetite for mechanic sports is a plus.
• Experience: Second-year university level minimum
• TOEIC: +800
• Job based in Calvisson (30)
Type of job: Full time fixed-term contract then 6 months then permanent contract possibility
• Contract length: 6 months
• Hours: 35h/week
