The CLSxxx linear sensor is constructed from stainless steel for high strength and durability. This miniature lightweight sensor is ideal for applications where compactness and reliability are design considerations. It is sealed as standard and is fitted with fire and chemical resistant, high temperature Raychem FDR-type55-22 cabling for total system reliability. All CLS sensors operate utilising the latest developments in high integrity composite track technology and are available from stock for next day delivery.

The CLSxxx is used extensively in motor sport applications and in industrial control and measurement systems. It is designed to convert linear movement into a proportional voltage output using a simple 3-wire, low current operating circuit.

The combination of a hard wearing composite conductive track and precious metal contacts ensure infinite resolution with a long operational life.
